More than 122 million people have been forcibly displaced worldwide, with a disproportionate amount being women and children. But through your support, a ministry in Dallas, Texas (USA) is reaching out to respond to those facing this reality in their community.
Through your generous gift to the 2024 Day of Prayer Offering, you are helping support families (often single moms with children) on the brink of homelessness. Becoming homeless sets off a chain reaction in a family many never recover from. The impact on the children and their education and health can have lifelong effects. Once that chain reaction happens, it becomes much more difficult to ever break the cycle, find housing, and get a job. The way Care Partnership is intervening at a critical time is saving families, helping them get back on their feet, and connecting or reconnecting many to faith in Christ.
Care Partnership provides more than financial assistance to ensure they have rent to stay in their homes. They mentor, train, and walk alongside these women and provide key resources for long-term stability, including job training if needed, financial training, and spiritual support.
