Each session includes leadership skill building, breakout groups for discussion, learning a spiritual formation practice, and a short video. A reflection guide outlines how to do the practices at home during the week. These include different forms of prayer such as the Prayer of Examen, Palms Up/Palms Down, Praying Scripture and Prayer Walking, as well as Bible interactions like Lectio Divina and Journaling.
