Across Poland, many women in Baptist churches are faithfully serving God and their communities. Yet, there remains a great need to recognize, affirm, and equip women called to leadership – women who can inspire spiritual renewal, strengthen ministries, and mentor the next generation.
This project seeks to nurture this calling by offering structured spiritual formation, leadership training, and mentoring opportunities for emerging and established women leaders.
Goals:
- Recognition of Calling: Affirm and encourage women who demonstrate a call to leadership within the church.
- Personal Spiritual Growth: Equip women with tools for spiritual growth, leadership development, and understanding of their gifts for ministry.
- Church and Community Engagement: Strengthen women’s ministries through vision-building, strategic planning, and collaboration at the local church level.
- Mentorship and Succession: Build intergenerational discipleship relationships, nurturing younger women and ensuring leadership succession at local, national, and international levels.
Anticipated Impact
Short-Term Outcomes:
- Women recognized and affirmed as called leaders.
